Important Note: None of our Android or iOS apps, including Spotsee BLE, collect or store your personal data.

Due to its core functionality as a Bluetooth BLE logger app for pallet formatting, the Spotsee BLE app requires special permissions. We have written these lines to help you understand why we access and use such data. Each special permission will require your prior consent and you can check the status and details of each permission in your device's "Settings" menu, then "Permissions Configuration" at any time. We do not collect and share your personal and sensitive user data.

• NEARBY DEVICES (BLUETOOTH): Allows the app to scan, connect, and communicate with nearby Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) logger devices on pallets.

• NOTIFICATIONS: Allows you to use tasks that send notifications.

• STORAGE: Allows you to save or load exported log files and formatting data from your phone's storage.

• SYSTEM SETTINGS: Allows you to read or write the system settings on the related tasks.

• DEVICE STATISTICS: Allows you to use tasks or conditional blocks related to your running apps.

• INTERNET: Some features allow you to send information over the internet (such as tasks to send REST requests or open URLs). You agree that you are solely responsible for the data you may send through those features.

3. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

We share your concerns about children's privacy and do not knowingly collect any personal information about children under the age of 13 through our applications or software.
